Goat's Weed: C. annuum.
Varietà dal Venezuela. Decisamente unica nella sua specie. La pianta ha la particolarità di avere foglie e rami pubescenti. Cresce molto in altezza, è molto produttiva e ha una buona tollerabilità al clima mite. I frutti crescono eretti, misurano mediamente 6 cm di lunghezza e 1,5 cm di larghezza. Maturano dal verde al nero al rosso.
In Italia questa varietà è conosciuta anche come Acrata. Il nome deriva dallo spagnolo àcrata = anarchico ed è stato assegnato dal Dr. Mario Dadomo della Azienda Agraria Stuard ispirandosi ai colori rosso e nero che sono uno dei simboli del movimento anarchico.
